- What laws do regulate cosmetic products for animals in Europe ?
NONE - Is It possible that cosmetic products for animals are regulated by the same laws that govern the bedside or detergent for cars, and that do not undergo checks?
UNFORTUNATELY - Is it legal “recycle” human cosmetics expired, degraded or different use for animals ?
UNFORTUNATELY - Is it legal to employ ingredients of “technical grade” (low purity), that is cheap and dangerous, in cosmetics for animals?
UNFORTUNATELY - What problems can cause inadequate, non-controlled, non- validated products?
DERMATITIS, INFECTIONS, ALLERGIES, SYSTEMIC DISEASES
Not everyone knows that the product is subject to a real ABYSS REGULATIONS: there is no specific law (as opposed to drugs and food supplements for veterinary use), then it applies the “Consumer Code”, which applies to any item sold (shoes, watches…) protection and specifically the consumer, and not the animals.
But the animal is not a consumer!
The damage to our pets would be likened to a carpet ruined by a detergent…
